Acer India — "extremely disappointed with acer one 10 laptop" (Urgent)

Since the purchase of my acer one 10 laptop on 11th aug 2016, it has already given me trouble twice in less than 4 months. I had first visited the acer service centre in borivali east, mumbai (Sd computronix) in dec 6th, the issue being manual power failure and on 27th jan 17, for battery problem and manual power failure again and still the issue isn't resolved. Please escalate the matter immediately. Thanks. Ms. Fernandes
