Acer India — got defective product | |||
Complaint no. 2332325i Sir, My name is alish ingole i purchased acer laptop from lotus store shankar nagar nagpur on 30/6/2017... Got defective product when i taken that laptop from 1st day i am facing same problem like curser not moving properly and that curser selecting automatic anywhere that thing i told to shop keeper on the same day. Exeutive said this is manufacturing defect i'll get new laptop till now i have not receive my laptop Now store executive call me for laptop i found same issue that is informed to executive but no resolution from store as well as acer i request you please replace set immediately... And without estimation they closed my complaint Complaint no. 2332325i I went there 6 or 7 time in this 18 days But they are not given me solutions... Got defective product and used product i dont want repird product i want replacements if you not able to give replacements i'll go consumer cort i'll file case on lotus electronic and acer india about this case...
