Worst of the worst customer service. I've raised an issue a month back and a engineer came after 10 days of non-stop ask then came and said as battery issue, which will be replaced within a week. Then, literally got zero response from any of the service center/ engineer. When I somehow able to reach them after the month, they are saying like the case is still open and the problem maybe motherboard issue and they need to order. When I asked for the delay, they said as officer was on leave. Seriously? are you guys studying in schooling to give such reasons? Is there no other person to look after? These people are spreading their internal issue to the customers. Do u guys even care for your customers? I surely won't buy or recommend any acer products to my surroundings.
