Acer India — laptop warranty & service issue

Hi,
This is avneesh from lucknow, india. I had purchased acer es1-571 (Pdc/4/500/15.6) on[protected]. Now i m facing some keyboard related issues in this from last few days, some of keys are not working and mouse pad is also not working properly.
When i came to know that my warranty is about to die i contact acer c. Care no which i got from google [protected] regarding the issue but unfortunately they were not able to help me by saying that my laptops serial no is not showing in database,
