Dear sir/madam, i dilip kr biswas, had purchased the acer laptop under s/n - nxgoysi01171500bec6600 and mode is r3-13it-p71c when i was trying to active my ms office 2016 and click on active product key that time message was display that your product key is 25 character and typically found in your product packaging but couldn't see any product key in my package that is why i was contact to customer care and told me for my product, have to purchased product key from microsoft.
