I have been facing an issue in my acer swift 3 SF314-55G for last 4 months of blacked out laptop display. Everything works fine other than the display. I had to get it checked from an independent repair shop as there is no authorised care centre in my city (Nanded, Maharashtra).
Later it was discovered to be a problem with a broken display cable. I tried to get it repaired at the authorised care centre at Aurangabad (Sysnet global solutions) but the staff there were least interested in solving the problem and charged me 700 Rs without providing any receipt.
I am now trying to contact one of the authorised care centres in Pune (ArMee Technology Services Pvt Ltd) but there also I being told that due to some errors in some portal they are not sure of the availability of the parts.
It has been over a month waiting for these parts.
Also, on some care centres I was told that acer doesn't repair units which are out of warenty (as mine is out of warrenty)
I have sent a mail concerning this to acer help desk also but haven't got any update from them from last 50 days apart from mails telling to wait for a update from their service manager.
Please let me know if this problem can be solved by visiting some centre or if it has any other solution. Was this information helpful? |
