It has been 2 months i have been complaining about some software issues regarding my laptop which on february, 2020... People from service center came took my laptop and returned me on next... And i found that my laptop's front pannel and hindges are broken
A techanician also came to my home to check and took out the front pannel and broke it... And now i have been using tape to keep pannels entact
I have been complaining to the customer service but i am not getting any satisfactory response
The company is not ready to change the damaged parts of laptop... Even if the damage is done by their technician
*acer has given the worst service one could ever imagine
