I bought an Acer laptop. after 4 months, it, s display color got changed. I called customer care and they resolved the issue by sending a technician at my home. after some days it, s USB port 3.0 stopped working, when I called to customer care team they told that warranty of laptop has been ended.
The laptop is only 5 months old.
I have sent them booking challan copy and original invoice copy.
They are saying that they will update the warranty because of the date is different in both copies.
The laptop was booked on 01/10/2018 and delivery was taken on 06/10/2018.

Just I spoked with you. Go to Acer website and try register again by entering serial number .
And again go to seller, you are responsible to update the warranty of the purchased laptop.

You can update the USB 3.0 drivers to laptop through windows update .
