I recently got a message in a whatsapp group (Friends group) saying that this site (https://acessoriesdeal.com) is selling cheapest original refurbished stuff. So i and my 1 friend we both orderd from that site. But we didnt knew the fact that its all a scam. Thinking that we are buying refurbished product we both orderd nice jbl headphones. Week later i receive a text saying my delivery is to arrive today and i will be charged rupees 1850/- for it. Which was already mentioned while i orderd it. So i got my package, i was really happy to get it. But as soon as i opend the outer packing (The brown carton used for packing) i knew that this product isnt refurbished nor is original. It was local quality fake jbl product, which could be found on station sold just in 100 -200 rupees. Ill be attaching the photos for proof. Since then i've tried to contact them there is no response from their side. As soon as i got my delivery i explained it to my friend that this is fake product and he shouldn't accept it. Just like we decided he returned the product. Day later he got a call form the company asking him why he rejected the package. He sent me the number to help me return the item. But when i call on the number its not answered by human but by computer automated voice. Also every contact information provided by them is fake. Please help me. I want to file a case against these frauds.
