[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — bill adjustment for connector box installed | |||
I am supposed to receive compensation as act people have set up a connecting box which takes up some electricity. I have tried every means but they seem to not care. It's been a year since i have started telling them this problem. I have informed their customer care about the problem and was only greeted with empty assurances etc. Same went on i even sent a mail which was not responded. Was this information helpful? | |||
