The worst customer service. My interest is not working from 9 days and no response. When I call customer care they say u have raised complaint now what is the issue. When I told 9 days is too much for a issue, the agent who took the call says " u have resorted the this thrice" seriously is this how the customer are treated. N there is no no way to see status of ticket, except it says inprogress from 9 days. Was this information helpful? | |
