[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — I am unable to log in to my ACT fibernet portal since 1st may as usual, technical issues i think

dear sir/madam I am unable to log in to the internet using ACT fibernet id and pwd, please ask the technical person to do it via remote access or send him to my place to rectify this issue asap, else i am thinking of opting out of act fibernet, as this is the third time i am having issues which are not duly attended and resolved, which is not good on ACT's part being one of the major ISP in karnataka the message that i get on logging in to your website is "You have an invalid network configuration. Please contact Customer Service." on www.acttv.in so please rectify this error asap as i need to work to my office from home on a 24/7 basis if this problem is not rectified with in the next 2-3 days, please take it for granted that i will be opting to quit your services asap and go for someone else Hope u shall take some prompt and urgent action in this regards Your account Number is 821465 USER NAME : 10886543 regards ravi kumar k

I didn't moved my connection and staying in same flat. still log in page is not allowing me to login. It is saying "you are not authorized to log in from this location, please log in from the the registered location".

Iam unable to login as it says you are not allowed from this location. Try from your registered location. I have already submitted a complaint but the technicians are not responding. It has already been 2 days since i dont have internet.
A technician came and did some changes from his end and after that since 2 hr I am not able to log in to act portal itself.
Its say you are not allowed to login from this location. Please try login from registered location.

The same issue is being faced by the entire apartment now.
