[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — disconnection of service

I had requested for the disconnection of the act service that i had registered a/c[protected] but still they didn’t took any actions on it and they are sending the monthly bills to me till now and bombading with a lot of messages regarding the same. I had paid the bill last month too without availing any service and they are expecting the same from me for every month
