The company is not providing me refund for 3 months package that i booked for, but due to unavailabilty of connection in my area they were not apply to setup the connection. Its been more than 15 days since i lodged the complaint but still i havent received any call or mail from there side, the customer care is just giving false hopes that they will call in within 4 hours. But i havent recieved any call. Kindly take action on this as the customer care people are mannerless specificaly "habib" which he told us to say while lodging any sort of complaint it doesnt matter to him. This is the worst service provider service in entire bangalore area.
