ACT Fibernet — fraud in port connection by act fibernet

Act fibernet has been cheating us for almost a year now. They provided connection to internet by connecting to our electricity connection box and said they will be discounting 50 RS on our internet bill each month. It's been more than a year we started seeing a spike in our electricity bill which was almost double the amount. This was a trend we observed. On getting a check on the connection we noticed that they i.e. ACT has connected multiple ports to our electricity without informing. On raising complains they never responded. They said they would send a technician but never did it's been 4 months of following up through multiple channels like emails, customer care help lines on which I have waited 30 minutes just so that someone can answer, visited branch office more than 6 times. But till date there has been no response. I pay for my connection,

my electricity bill not for the entire area. They have cheated us. On researching this with my friends who have ACT FIBERNET connection, they too said that they have provided connection through some one else's connection box.

I am not alone, I am sure they have been fooling people around in the same way.. People are so busy in their day work life and routine that it would be the least expected thing to be cheating with connections this way. Not everyone is a pro to figure out their loop wholes.

The customer care team creates tickets and resolves them with out any data or response.

If anyone is observing a trend in electricity bills, it could ACT- your internet service provider who is cheating you.

There is no ticket ID as you just resolve all the tickets. The complain officer Vijay took down the complaint but never turned up. It's been 2 weeks now. Please provide your direct email address to contact number up
Due to continuously not having internet in the nights and no resolution provided to my complaints I requested for disconnection two months back and still my complete refund is not made
