Since past 1 month their was a connectivity issue evry 2 days once every time we call they will say come link has broken and crap things and it can only be resolved the next day and the next day also they will take there own sweet time to come and resolve and they are least bothered to call and tell what was the issue for..in a week i have been struggling but not able to attend my meetings remotely and had to run late night to office... No mobile networks works properly in our area kurubarahalli... And hence we have taken those connections paying high amount and these are the kind of response they give... If they are not concerned about customers they should never provide their service... Really unhappy with act internet services and never gonna recommendd this to any
