[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — 4th complaint raised - Till now issue not resolved

This is my 4th complaint on the same issue. I have raised complaint on the network disconnection during power cuts. Service engineer confirms me every time that he has procured the backup equipment and closing the ticket.
Till now this issue is not resolved.
Due to this network disconnection during power cuts, I am getting disconnected from my important business calls.
I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest. If it is not resolved, I will have to move out of ACT and go for the best service provider.
I am totally frustrated with this type of service from ACT.
