[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Account not activated after payment | |
I Have paid Rs 9445 for renewal of my plan. 10 days has passed since the payment yet my account is still suspended. I have reached out to customer care 6 times vis phone call and 2 times via mail. They did not fix anything. All the Tickets raised are getting closed without fixing the issue. some of customer care people just cut their calls without giving any suggestion. Having a very horrible time with Act Fibernet. They dont allow you to cancel the connection after receiving the payment but they dont provide internet connection or any solution for the peroblem after receving the payment.. Absolute Scam..
