[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act fibernet box is not removed from my location | |||
My account id is[protected] and my is Naveen. Today my connection got suspended. I have been contacting there customer care from past 2 weeks and they are just registering the complaint and no action is taken till now, every time they say that it will be removed within 24 hours but not no action is taken till now. I was supposed to receive 50 Rs per month for using electricity from my location. I didn’t receive amount as mentioned from more than a year. There are too many wires passing in my passage and I have 2 year old son who will be playing around. There is too much of dust around and they won’t even maintain it. request you to take up my complaint with ACT FIBRENET & Make them to Remove the Junction Box from my location immediately.
