Dear sir/madam,
I have raised the following service requests on 25 september and october 15, 2019. I have been facing the internet connectivity issue. The service requests gets closed without any intimation to the customer i have re-opened the call numerous times more than 15 times. Still the issue is not resolved.
Please penalize the act network, its the worst network. They don't have courtesy to call the customer and issue is not resolved yet.
