[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — ACT Fibernet Disconnection and refund
I have been ACT user for more than 5years, I have raised ACT Fibernet disconnection request as they are frequesnt disconnections (monthly 1 to 3days downtime) on 2nd Nov Ref No SR[protected], ideally as per thier website they should contact in 48hours but I got a call on this request on 7th Nov at 3:19 pm IST. While I was speaking on the call, I informed them to disconnect but disconnection support team spoke rudely and asked me to the money for month advance when I denied they started speaking rudely. Later I got a message stating that I have changed my decision ie., to continue ACT service and they resolved the ticket . I reponed twice as they repeated same thing.
I called multiple times, they say they connect call to disconnect team but they dont even speak and later close my request stating I have changed my decision.
This is FRAUD, pathetic customer service. They are cheating that I have changed my decision to continue to my service when I actually raised ticket to disconnect on 2nd Nov, now they keep my call on hold or do not pick my call at all.
