[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act fibernet has taken 6 months advance but not giving connection | |||
I have paid 6 months advance on 2nd august 2019 for an internet connection. After that the agent is not responding to my phone calls and whats app messages. When i call customer care, they said they will resolve the issue within 24 hours every time i call but no action is taken so far. They are simply cheating the customers and stealing money and wasting our valuable time. Was this information helpful? | |||
