[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — ACT Fibernet not working for the last 5 days

ACT service has become the WORST. My internet has not been working since 29/11/2020. I had raised a complaint/ support request on the next morning. It’s been 5 days since then and I’ve called their customer support ~ 15 times, sent them public and private messages on their Twitter handles and also sent an email to their help desk. No service engineer has showed up but somehow they manage to be very prompt in sending us the bills for the upcoming months and promotional content. I’ve been sent my bill for dec-2020 but I would not pay it as I haven’t received the service yet.
Attaching my service ticket number. I expect this to be resolved today else I’m just gonna choose to disconnect this ACT network.

I reached out to the nodal officer and also the disconnection team. The engineers came and also fixed the issue.
