ACT Fibernet — act is not working from 3 days and no proper response from the support team

Act internet acc[protected] is not working for me from past 3days, i have raised the issue via app and customer care centre (Which i was lucky to get connected after several attempts). Nodal customer care number is as worst as customer care no, always busy, or get disconnected after waiting for 12min 37sec..
This is pathetic service from act, even after raising issue to backend escalation department didn't get a single call. There is no liability for not providing internet service for more than 3 days (This happened min two time a month) even after paying for entire month..
Time to "act" act.
