[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — agreed to waive off the shifting charges, false agreement
I have recently relocated from Koramangala to Benson town and i have requested the ACT guys to disconnect the connection as i was willing to go for another connection but there executive ensured me that they can waive of the shifting charges and requested me to go for ACT alone., now the bill has come and they have charges me the shifting charges and when ask them to waive off based on the earlier commitment given this is what they have to say

As per the update from billing team, waiver cannot be processed. Due to which intimation was given, that shifting charges will be applicable when request was raised.
