I had recently disconnected my ACT fibernet connection because of poor service.
The date of disconnection was 10th January 2022. I was told to clear the due amount for the complete month of January 2022 out of which ACT was supposed to deduct 10 days fees and refund the balance amount back to my account.
A service request number SR[protected] was created for the same.
Following is the text from the service request:
Dear Customer, your refund request is registered with Ref SR[protected]. We will get in touch you within 48 hours for your bank details (Bank name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Your Name as it appears on Bank account). Also kindly check for an email from us on your registered email id. Please allow us 04 working days after sharing the details to initiate the remittance. Team ACT.
Nobody from ACT contacted me for the bank details.
Now they are saying that they cannot refund the balance amount.
Below is the email from ACT:
Dear Neeraj,
Greetings from ACT Fibernet!!
This is in reference to your email regarding the refund request of your ACT account[protected].
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in response.
We regret to inform you that as per our concerned team update, the amount cannot be refunded. Please accept our apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you.
ACT is a fraud company and it's customer care team is just wasting customers time and harassing them without providing any kind of help.
