[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Billing issue - Unauthorized service reactivation

I have deactivated act broadband service temporarily on end of Nov 2020 while deactivating the customer care agent offered me a plan for Rs.799. i have still asked to deactivate. Again on December 1st or 2nd 2020 i have called the customer care and was just enquiring about the 799rs plan which was offered to me earlier. The agent told they will check and get back to me with the plan details.They never called me back and i too left it.

Suddenly on 31st December i have received a message saying my connection reactivation has been successfully processed on 31st dec2020. Later i received a bill with 2500 rs charges, When i called the customer care they said my service was activated since December 1st, that is the day i called for plan enquiry. With my consent the service was activated and charged for the whole month.

Upon multiple discussion with customer care, they said they will listen to the audio conversation happened on dec 1st and said they will call me back in 2 hrs. Never got any call. Since then i was following up multiple times and never got any solution and now after 10 days of opening a ticket, a gentleman called me and said he wants to close the ticket and said he cannot go anything with the charges. Also said he dont have the access to listen to audio conversation happened earlier, then why was my ticket was on hold for 10 days?

How should i pay without even using single KB of data??
How can you activate my broadband service with my permission?
