[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — broadband installation not done | |||||
- inspection done for feasibility for broadband connection 28-nov-2018 - payment for 6 months subscription done on 28-nov-2018 - application registered on 29-nov-2018 - technician visited on 30-nov-2018 and informed junction box need to be installed. Permission granted from my side - no response after that - multiple follow ups were done from my end - on 07-dec they informed the connection is not feasible since the switch is full and it takes 30-45 days. They offered to refund my money - i am demanding them to refund with penalty of rs. 10000 for breach of trust. - act is not agreeing to pay penalty.
