[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Data usage details are inaccurate

My daily data usage and the cumulative data usage is not matching with the data available on the act fibernet app. So each month I am reaching the data usage limit and had to buy the flexbites to continue using the internet with better speed.

I can't reach out to customer care for this data accuracy as there is no available option. On top of it I am getting calls to upgrade my plan. I have been with Actfiber for more than 10 yrs but support front still I am not happy.
