I took connection in Aug'21.
From Sep'21 I started facing connectivity issue frequently, My call used to get disconnected so w.e.f. 1st Nov 21 I got the connection disconnected.
Since Nov'21 I am following up for deposit refund of Rs 1000 but till date they have not paid.
I approached to their Ombudsman at appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in, initially they showed interest in resolving the issue but later on they also started making fool of me in following manner:
Whenever I follow up with them over E mail they issue a new service request and promise me that the issue will get resolved in 5-6 days.
When I do not receive any update from there end after 6 days, I send a follow up E mail to them, again they request for 5-6 days to look into the issue.
They check with their Refund process team and reply back to me that refund has already been processed and closes the service request by themselves without checking with me whether I have received the refund or not.
When I mention with proof ( Bank or Credit card statement) that I have not received the refund, they raise a new Service request and request me to wait for another 5-6 days.
The strange thing is they never share the Bank payment reference ID with you even after repeated request and they do not share because they do not have the payment reference ID as they have never initiated the payment.
This is happening since Nov'21. They will never say that they will not refund but they will not refund your money. Was this information helpful? |
