[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — double payment and no refund | |||||
On jan 13, 2020 i made a payment for my act fibernet connection. I received a message that it was not complete and hence i repeated the payment and within seconds i received a message from the bank only now it appeared the payment had been made twice. I immediately reached out to act with a helpdesk request and received a mail which promised action within 48 hours. It is now 20 days and my issue is unresolved though they have unilaterally closed the helpdesk ticket. I have not received any further communication from the company regarding the resolution process. Feb 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved An ACT associate reached out to me today. I understand from him the issue has been favourably resolved. I have also verified the same and i am in receipt of the refund. I am very happy with the resolution and steps taken. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I'd purchased a pant from meesho, I wasn't satisfied with it so I returned it. The product was collected but the amount isn't refunded. It shows that the refund is processed in the app but the amount hasn't reached us.
