On Nov 11, 2021 i made a payment for my act fibernet connection. I received a message that it was not complete and hence i repeated the payment and within seconds i received a message from the bank only now it appeared the payment had been made twice. I immediately reached out to act with a helpdesk requesting them for refund and they promised action within 72hours. It is now almost 40 days and my issue is unresolved though they have unilaterally closed the helpdesk ticket. Also I send my bank statement but no action has been taken.
Kindly resolve the problem and refund the amount in bank.
