[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — due amount even after disconnection on last day of the month | |||
I have requested to disconnect my internet service from august 31 2019 as i was relocating to a different city. Service request no for the same is sr[protected]. It was closed on the same day. I paid for the month of august as it was prepaid and it is supposed to be no due after the disconnection. But it is showing up rs. 319.11 due amount in my account, not sure what these charges for.
