I am sending this email with huge frustration that my shifting request is still not processed.in these times of covid where most o[censored]s are working from home, i am not able to get any internet as my shifting request has not been processed at all. I placed the request on 24th july. Feasibility was checked on 25th and no one has got back to me since then. I called up the customer care multiple times last week where i was promised a callback if not a physical visit to assess the situation, even that hasn't happened as well. One of the executives informed me today that it might happen after 2-3 days which is not acceptable solution as it's already been 11 days since i placed my first request. Can you please help?
