[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — excessive data consumption which i have not used | |
Hello, My name is shabbirhussain e dhorajiwala. I am a new customer to act fiber. Below are my account details. Name : shabbirhussain enayet dhorajiwala Ac number :[protected] Since last 24 hours, i see a jump in my data usage which i am pretty sure i have not consumed. When i looked up at the act ip website on my computer to see as what device had consumed so much of data, it showed up mac address of my amazon echo spot. Now my echo spot is not in use at all. So the consumption of the data is absolutely in-correct. Data consumed on :- 23/6/2020 : 49 gb download, 2 gb upload. 24/6/2020 : 35 gb download, 2.3 gb upload (Still going on) If this continues to be a problem, i may have to roll back to my older service provider (Airtel, for 5 years) and i never had this issue of excessive data consumption issue with them.
