[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — false information and non intimation of refund | |||
ACT sales person SURESH (Mobile No: [protected]) has consulted me regarding new connection and assured that it would be done with in 1 week. Its been more than 2 weeks now till now no one has consulted me back he has collected an amount of Rs.797/- . He will not respond to the calls after payment. The issue has been reported to ACT Customer care but i didn't get any confirmation on my refund till now. They have wasted my 2 weeks of time and now are not refunding the amount. Suitable action may be taken on the sales agent and also on ACT. They have assigned A/C No:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
