[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — installation not done even after 12 days of requesting | |||
When we ask for the connection request, they will say it will be done within 3/4 days, once you pay and agree to the act person, they will not respond to the call or messages, and if i tried to contact customer care they will disconnect call without even listening, if they listen to the complaint they will put call on hold and vanish. Worst customer service I even tried mailing customer service, no reply even after 4 days, where they claim, they will honor within 24/48 hrs. And there is no way we can track when the installation will be done. Money should be given when we request connection only, but they will not be ready to complete installation even after many days of waiting. Was this information helpful? | |||
