[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — internet broadband service

Moved to act fibrenet 12 months + 2 months and free router plan on april 30, 2019. Made payments for the plan on may 2, 2019. But till today evening i. E. May 5, 2019 did not get the router. Called act service center numerous times but getting the same parroted response that escalating this give us 24 hrs.in spite paying the amount not able to use act internet.

Updated by Ajitkchoudhary May 06, 2019 Today again I called the customer care and they again told me that router will be delivered by tomorrow END of the day. This is the answer I am hearing since last so many days when ever I am calling them. As I have paid the entire amount I am trapped with them.
