ACT Fibernet — internet connectivity is not proper | |||
Hello, I just changed to act fibernet one month back by hearing the feedback from friends. But it's not that much great highly disappointing. Our internet connection is not frequent its disconnecting often and then it works automatically then goes off.. Upon raising multiple ticket there is no proper solution for me. Later one technician found that we are connected far away from the junction box and the cable length is greater than 80m. So we requested for a junction box in our apartment still these people are refusing to give the connection to our apartment. Now they are saying its not possible to give connection to this area. Then why the hell are you accepting our request in the initial stage for providing the service. Was this information helpful? | |||
