Hi All,

Having connectivity issue for past four days no response from helpdesk email address, nodal officer and appellate officer.. incompetent technical team and customer care team is completely Bogus.. till now no solution from their end.

Neighbor's having same connection and its working fine.

Marked my previous compliant as resolved without my consent.
