[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — irresponsible technician / customer care. | |||
It been more than a week we are not getting internet in my house (Srinagar, bangalore). When we call n lodge complaint and follow up, we are not getting any response. When we speak to technicians they respond in attitude manner and false promise to resolve issue. We are irritated and frustrated with connection. When ever we call they say 24 hour from that time. Customer care representative "syed" said no team lead position or manager on floor. All false response they give. Was this information helpful? | |||
