ACT Fibernet — Late disconnection and asking for money | |
I reached out to the company several times to discontinue the service using various modes since i'm out of town from past several months. I tried reaching the phone numbers provided everywhere but both numbers are not reachable any time. I reached out through email. The response was awfully late for modern era. They asked for reason which i shared but no response so far. I also raised a complaint ticket through their app by using the internet slow service and then putting comments to discontinue service. But you know the result - no response. So there appears to be no sane medium by which you can reach a real person to talk to. After not doing anything about my request, now they are asking me to pay a due amount of rs.4543 by messaging. I have not used the service for past several months and do not wish to continue. I do not want to associate with such cheat companies who ask for money by not providing services. Was this information helpful? | |
