ACT Fibernet — miss sell of services and no refund | |||
Act sales representative visited my house where i had newly shifted and sold me internet package for 3 months and took my documents and amount of rs. 3750.00 before payment i asked if they had tie up with the builder to provide services and he said yes when they did not have tie up or authority to sell internet in the building. As builder did not allow i immediately called and cancelled the account before installation. I was told refund with process within 7 working days. Also i was asked to email to their refund dept at [protected]@incredible. Actcorp.in which i did and no acknowledgement to email. Since then i have been calling customer services and each week they give me same answer of it will take 15 more days. I have spoken to the sales person, manager, billing team and customer service team and still don't have my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
