While making the payment for my act fibernet Wi-Fi plan, the payment was made twice as the first payment was Incomplete. But the money has been deducted twice from the bank account. I called the customer care, sent a mail to the Act help desk about the same. But there hasn't been any response though they assured to look into the matter within 24 hours. And the money hasn't been refunded.
