ACT Fibernet — my pc was burnt due their negligence | |||||
As usual my i used my computer and switched off during the night before sleep. There was a loud sound in the middle of the night and when i woke up in the morning tried to turn on my PC it did'nt. Later when i opened my CPU cabinet it was burnt. There was an High voltage Current been passed through the ACT fibernet cable to my CPU. I immediately raised the complaint for my loss and after too many reports and request the ACT team finally did not admit their fault and said it was not their mistake.I was in great trouble with out PC and without internet. It was very clear that there was a High Voltage Current from the cable of ACT. Being a Valuable customer since 1 year i was really frustrated by the way ACT treated me. I need my PC back. I want ACT to compensate my loss. Here after i want to alert other ACT users that the same wont happen. Was this information helpful? | |||||
