[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no connection/bad customer service | |||||
Since last one month i had service interruption at regular intervals. When ever i raise the complaint they say it will be solved with in 24hours, as usual ticket is issued according and closed with out confirming whether the problem is resolved or not, every day i have to call them, literally everyday as the same issue pops up everyday... Now that i requested for service termination they r requesting me for a another chance... I said i want my money back ass soon ass possible as there is no continuous service from act fibernet... They r just delaying the process of refund,,,,, don"t ever go for act fibernet... Such a waste service provider and # customer service... Was this information helpful? | |||||
