[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no connection/no refund received from past two weeks | |||
I've raised request to get a new connection for internet. They mentioned i'll get connection with in 48 hours, then i've subscribed for their anual plan and paid full amount. I've not received connection even after 1 week. From then i started contacting customer care, after waiting like 10-15 minutes every time they mentioned i'll get the connection with in next 24 hours and disconnected the call. After waiting for another week (Its been two frustrated weeks) still i didn't get the connection and no promising words from customer care as well. Because of this i've decided for cancellation of request. There is no direct process to cancel the request online or to get the refund. I've asked customer support to cancel my request and proceed the refund. He mentioned he'll do the same, but there is no confirmation message or response from act. Was this information helpful? | |||

We had cancelled our Internet service on June 30th and we did not get any refund.. Customer service representative just informs that they will call back and nobody calls back regarding the refund...This was the worst service we got ever got and this has been the issue since 2 weeks...
