[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — No internet

I don't have internet since 3 days and this happens every month. Every month I spend atleast one or 2 days without internet and they always have the same reason "One of the data link is not working". I don't know how delicate their data links actually are that they get damaged every month. And the customer service is the worst, I've been put on hold by the customer service as I'm typing this complaint and it's been more than 40 minutes. I'm definitely switching after this.
