[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — No Internet from 3 days

I donot have internet at my building from past 3 days. Nobody attending the tickets but they are closing. can you help me resolve the issue. New tickets number SR[protected]. earlier loose connection issue fixed with a wood. Not sure which technology it is. pathetic support team not sure they know how to fix the issue. whenever i called customer new ticket opening closing the old tcikets without resolution. find the screenshots of the olf tickets.

Temporary solution provided . Technician told he will provide permanent solution by Friday. Not sure how much time it will take.
