[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no resolution despite multiple mails/calls

We had a terrible experience when we shifted to a new location. It has been 10 days we are chasing the team for updates. ACT has a bunch o[censored]nprofessionals who are not even curteous towards customers. Executives dont pick up the calls and never respond to messages, even the nodal officer is a mere puppet. The executives have time to close the unresolved request but cannot help the customers. We have lost complete trust in your services. Dear Customer, Ticket no SR[protected]
